General Contracting services is where the company manages all of the day-to-day activities at the job site. We have full-time on-site superintendents and project managers. Proper planning and collaborative efforts are taken to ensure that the client is receiving the best deal.

Construction Supervision

Construction supervision means continuous oversight, inspection, and coordination of the Work in a timely, professional, competent manner to ensure compliance with the approved construction documents, contract documents, applicable regulations, project schedule

Scheduling

Every project has a construction schedule. Not only does the schedule outline how quickly the work will get done, but it also outlines how the work will get done. The schedule defines the sequence and method in which the materials will be put in place.

Equipment Procurement

The process of finding and purchasing the tools your project needs to operate effectively. The equipment procurement process essentially covers the steps that we will take to get the tools and materials the project needs.

Cost & Quality Control

Keep expenses under control by managing labor, material, and overhead costs to ensure that the project finishes on budget. Quality control is a management system aimed at ensuring the final deliverable meets the standards and guidelines set by the client. Quality assurance sets the quality management expectations and how quality will be achieved. Quality control is the plan to achieve it. 

Shop Drawing Review

The preparation and review of shop drawings are an important part of the construction process. Items for which shop drawings submittals are required must be identified in the specifications. The process is a critical checkpoint to ensure that components that are manufactured off-site meet the design intent of the construction documents, and address any site conditions which may vary from those conditions shown on or anticipated by the construction documents. The shop drawing review process is also an opportunity to confirm that the project requirements have been clearly relayed to and understood by the trades and fabricators in order to ensure that the correct product is provided.

As-builts

Also known as record drawings and red-line drawings, as-builts drawings are documents that allow a compare and contrast between the designed versus final specifications and provide a detailed blueprint of the building as actually constructed in the end. Final as-built drawings include all changes made throughout the construction process.​

Owner and Subcontractor Meetings

These meetings serve many important purposes on the job site. Not only do these meetings allow each party to discuss and coordinate upcoming project activities, but they provide a forum in which both parties can discuss project changes. Construction meetings are key in discussing issues that may affect the project cost or schedule.
